Why choose Kylie's Pet Services?

Kylie’s Pet Services is run by two real animal lovers who always put your pet first. Our main priority is to make sure your pet has a great holiday with us, which allows you to enjoy your time away even more. We will do our utmost to ensure that we follow your pet’s usual routine, and they will of course receive lots of fuss and attention.

Are you insured and licenced?

Yes, we are licenced by Milton Keynes Council and fully insured.

How many dogs do you look after at any one time?

We are licenced to care for up to 4 dogs at any one time. We do make sure, to the best of our knowledge of the dogs we care for, that we only put dogs together we are confident will get on well during their stay.

Holiday Checklist

What do I need to bring with me?

We will need you to provide enough food for your dog’s stay. It is also then recommended that you bring their bed and food bowl. If this is your first holiday away from your dog, it can help to bring something which smells and reminds them of you to put them at ease.  If your dog has any favourite toys or treats, feel free to bring these along as well!

Download our checklist to help your organise.

Can my dog be walked off lead?

If you would like your dog to be walked off lead, we will just need you to sign a disclaimer. It does however mean that they won’t be covered under our insurance. We always ensure that we are confident your dog has good recall and will use our judgement to decide if it’s safe for them to be walked off lead.

Does my dog need to have up to date vaccinations?

Yes, all dogs that come to stay need to be fully vaccinated and an up to date certificate needs to be shown on or before their arrival date. Kennel cough vaccination does not need to be obtained before their stay.

My dog is on medication, can you administer this?

We will just need you to sign a disclaimer saying that you are happy for us to administer their medication, as well as providing us with clear, written instructions. We are then more than happy to administer any medication as required.

Can I check in on my dog while I'm away?

Of course! We will send regular updates via email or text message to you to let you know how your dog is getting on, and you are more than welcome to contact us as often as you like.
